Eligibility Criteria

Nominate an Amera driver who is currently registered and actively driving with Amera. Eligible nominees must be licensed nurses practicing in any healthcare setting and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care while consistently going above and beyond for their patients.

Nomination Process

1.Who Can Nominate?

Anyone can nominate—colleagues, supervisors, patients, or even self-nominate.

2. Submission Period:

Nominations open: January 23, 2025

Nominations close: February 25th 2025

3. How to Nominate:

All eligible nurse drivers currently or previously affiliated with Amera will receive an email invitation to participate in the nominations for the Amera Excellence Awards.

Initial Screening:Amera’s review committee will evaluate all submissions to ensure they are complete and align with Amera’s core values of care, professionalism, and compassion.

Shortlisting:A panel of healthcare leaders will assess nominations based on the nominee's impact, innovation, and exceptional quality of care or leadership demonstrated. Winners will be chosen based on their overall contributions, measurable impact, and dedication to patient care.

Awards and Recognition

Recognition across Amera’s newsletter, press release, website, and social media platforms, including a dedicated feature article highlighting the winner’s exceptional achievements and contributions.
